Admission Process

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN HARSH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

HIS STEP 1 (REGISTRATION & DIAGNOSTIC TEST)

  • HISParents seeking admission of their child/ward to Harsh International school are most welcome to obtain an Admission form and Prospectus from school reception on payment of Rs.100/-
  • HIS Fill up the admission enquiry form and register your child/Ward for Admission cum Diagnostic test. (Admission team will provide you date and time)
  • HIS On a scheduled day and time bring your child/ward for Diagnostic test in the school campus.
  • HISInteract with Admission team and the principal for any query or clarity, you require before admitting your child.
  • HIS The Admission team will coordinate for your child’s Performance in Admission test/Diagnostic Report of your child/ward will be explained to you.

HIS STEP 2 CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION & PAYMENT OF ADMISSION FEES + FIRST QUARTER FEES

  • HISYou will receive a call from our Admission team about confirmation of admission (To be decided by the Principal looking at the age , performance in the test and linguistic ability of the child)
  • HISYou need to pay Admission Fees and First quarter fees to finalize your child’s/ward’s admission.
  • HISThe admission will be confirmed for each student, based on his/her age, as well as the admission test results.
  • HISIn case the school intake capacity is full as per capacity for the required grade, we will put the student on our waiting list. As soon as a seat is available, we will intimate you on the next steps.

HIS STEP 3 DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

(All documents to be submitted at the time of admission or latest within 15 days of the beginning of the session. Admission of your child/ward is considered provisional till final submission of all relevant documents as mentioned in the admission form.)
  • HISBirth Certificate
  • HISSchool Leaving Certificate (original).
  • HISReport Card (photocopy)
  • HIS4 nos colour pasport size photo of the student with name of the student written behind each.
  • HIS 2 nos colour passport size photo of each parents with name of the student written behind each.
  • HISCharacter/Bonafide Certificate.
  • To be fiiled up separately at the school reception
  • HISDuly filled up Medical Emergency form stating details regarding allergies, asthma, diabetes etc. Medications and first aid needed at the time of emergency.
  • HISDuly filled up Transport Request form (for students opting to use School transport.
  • HIS Duly filled up Hostel Admission Form (for students opting for Hostel facility), with local guardian’s signature and photo.
  • HISTwo nos. colour passport size photo of each of the local guardians (if any) with the name of the student written behind each.

HIS STEP 4 PURCHASES OF TEXTBOOKS? NOTEBOOKS & UNIFORM

  • HISYou will receive a call from the school to purchase textbooks/notebooks, school uniform and school shoes as per the schedule provided by the admission team.
  • HISParents need to purchase textbooks from the school as it is provided at a discount of 15 % on M.R.P. Rest all student’s kit (Uniform and notebooks/shoes are to be purchased on M.R.P)
  • HISPlease collect the slip of payment from the school stores (Admission team will help you in the same)
  • HIS (Tentative date to purchase textbooks/notebooks/Uniform and shoes is between 15th March to 30th March)
  • HISGet book list from the admission counter (Reception), and purchase from the market.

HIS STEP 5: COMMENCEMENT OF ACADEMIC SESSION & SCHOOL POLICIES

  • HISAcademic session will commence from April 1 of the respective year.The transportation department will confirm the address of the child and verify pick up and drop up point as mentioned in the transportation form by the parents.
  • HISAll parents will receive a call from the admission team for the ‘First day of the child in the school’.
  • HISAll necessary information will be mentioned in the Parents’ Handbook’ and student’s Diary which will be provided to the parents at the time of textbooks/Notebooks and Uniform purchase counter.
  • HIS Please keep Parent’s Handbook with you and also go through it regularly.
  • HIS Send student’s Diary with your child/Ward on a regular basis.
  • HIS All parents are requested to read student’ code of conduct and Parent’ Code of conduct thoroughly before signing the Parent’s Undertaking form.
  • HIS For any query and concern related to procedures and policies of the school, please refer ‘WHOM TO CONTACT FOR WHAT LIST’
